As the cold weather creeps up on us all, and we watch our gardens go to sleep for the winter, now is the perfect time to join with your neighbors in making plans to have Brooklyn Centre become a Certified National Community Wildlife Habitat.
Our goal is to not only create new wildlife habitats, but to also restore the abundant natural habitats located in our garden community of Brooklyn Centre. If you love gardening and connecting with people in your community, then join us on Saturday, October 11th at 2:00pm at the Old Brooklyn Library,3706 Pearl Rd, Brooklyn Centre, Ohio 44109. We will be discussing our goals and finalizing our registration application for our Brooklyn Centre Habitat Restoration Initiative.
